Return Policy

• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

Your first exchange is on us—subsequent exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

To exchange an item:

• Return the item in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Once received, we’ll send your replacement promptly, subject to availability.
